WRISTBAND PICK-UP

Pre-ordered wristbands will be distributed the week prior to the event

​

We strongly encourage you to purchase your wristband before October 14th to secure the best price and avoid waiting in line to purchase at the event.

DAY OF EVENT: Friday, September 27, 2024: 5:30pm - 8pm

Parking & Transportation

• We strongly encourage walking, carpooling, and biking to BCL.

• Limited golf cart parking will be available in the back of Bear Creek. Onsite parking for vehicles is not available.

• Parking at the Avana pool will be available for sponsors and staff. 

​

Onsite  Wristband Purchases

• Onsite wristband sales begin at 5pm on Friday, September 27th at the PTA booth. We strongly encourage purchasing and pickup up wristbands prior to the event. 

• Event hours are 5:30pm - 8pm. 

• Wristbands are only needed for kids. Parents and guardians do not need a wristband. 

 

What to Bring

• Wristbands for your kiddos who are participating in the activities.​​

• Food or drinks will be available for purchase. There will be a variety of food trucks.
