Who needs a wristband?

A wristband must be purchased for each child participating in BCL activities. Parents and guardians do not need a wristband. 

 

Where should we park?

• Parking will be limited.

• We strongly encourage walking, carpooling, and biking to BCL.

• Limited golf cart parking will be available in the back of Bear Creek. Onsite parking for vehicles is not available.

• Handicap parking is available in the back of Bear Creek. Please see a parking volunteer to help direct you. 

• Parking at the Avana pool is only available to staff and sponsors.

Can my child attend the festival without me?

All children attending BCL must be accompanied by a guardian. This is not a drop off event.

Can I purchase a wristband the day of?

Wristbands will be available on Septmeber 27 for $30. We strongly encourage you to purchase your wristband before September 20th to secure the best price and avoid waiting in line.

How do I get my wristband?

Pre-ordered wristbands will be distributed the week prior to the event

When:     Sunday, September 22 | 4pm-6pm 

                Thursday, September 26 | 4pm-6pm

Will there be food/drinks available at BCL?

Yes, there will be food trucks with a variety of food and drink offerings for purchase onsite.

Can I bring outside food and drinks to BCL?

Yes. Please note, AISD grounds are tobacco and alcohol free.

Can I bring my pet to BCL?

No, AISD grounds are pet free environments. 

​

How can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds.
